Sally King is trained in the YogaFIT style which is a Vinyasa flow style, focusing on making yoga available and safe for everybody.
New to Yoga?
Welcome to yoga with Sally! Always allow yourself extra time to find our location, park and arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. We have a new student sheet for you to complete and I want this to be a non-rushed experience. In preparation of your arrival, here are a few other things to consider:
Wear comfortable clothing, somewhat fitted so that you can move easily and that I can see your body alignment to make sure your yoga experience is 100% safe
Please bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap. Prepare to be barefoot. Consider bringing a blanket or pillow to cushion your knees or for your head for extra comfort. A hand towel is also a great idea, should you sweat.
If you have an injury or any existing health condition, be sure to mention that to Sally so that proper modifications can be given.
I want you to be as “in the moment” as possible during class, so phones/smartwatches are best left at home or in your car
Trust me, you are flexible and capable for this class and ANY body can do yoga. We welcome you and want you to feel comfy and safe here. Let us care for you.

Winter Yoga Continues!We’d love to have you join our fun beginner yoga online community on Tuesdays and Thursdays this Winter! In this yoga experience we don’t take ourselves very seriously — so if you’ve put on a few pounds in 2020 or look and feel like a wreck, join us, you’ll fit right in! Come enjoy some stretching self-care with streaming Zoom Gentle Yoga with Sally continuing through December and January with more info on (new) pricing below.
In the meantime current November classes continue until Thanksgiving on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with TWO FREE CLASSES offered to folks new to yoga or wanting a no-strings-attached trial run to get a feel for what the class is like! The 2 free classes will be:
Thursday November 19th 4:30-5:30pm AND Tuesday November 24th 8:30am-9:30am
No class on Nov 26th, Thanksgiving.
New 8 week December January Yoga session starts soon:
8 Tuesday classes 8:30-9:30am: Dec 1st, 8, 15, 22, 29, Jan 5, 12, 19th
8 Thurs classes 4:30-5:30pm: Dec 3, 10, 17th, 23 (Wed class due to holiday), 30th (Wed class due to holiday), Jan 7, 14, 21st
December/January Pricing: $10 a class pay as you go via Paypal or Venmo or mail me a check. OR pay up front for 1 day a week Tuesdays 8 weeks $60 each OR (best deal) pay up front for both Tues (8:30am) and Thursdays all 8 weeks (so 16 classes total) $100.
